Road Maintenance Update – Work Scheduled to Begin April 28
By HOA Message on April 24, 2025
We’d like to share the following update on upcoming road work, provided by the contractor responsible for the project:

"Our plan is to begin work in your neighborhood on Monday, April 28, weather permitting. The initial phase will involve patching and edge milling, which are necessary steps before the final topcoat can be installed. We expect this phase to take no more than 3 to 4 days to complete.

We will return in approximately 3 to 4 weeks to apply the top layer of pavement, which should take about 2 to 3 days. Once the topcoat is installed, the roadwork will be considered complete.

Our team is committed to minimizing any disruption to residents during this process. If you have any questions, concerns, or would like to receive updates, please feel free to reach out to us directly via email or phone."

We appreciate your patience and understanding as this important infrastructure work is completed. If you need the contractor’s contact details, feel free to reach out to the HOA board directly.

Thank you, Simonton Springs HOA
Report and street lights that may be out.

Hello Neighbors,

I have submitted several requests over the past few months to the county to repair malfunctioned streetlights in our community. They promptly came out to repair them.

I may not notice lights out in other areas of our community. I ask for your help to identify them if you see any.

If you have a streetlight out near you. Please email us at hoa@simontonsprings with the house number the light is in front of, we will immediately place a ticket with the county to have it repaired.
